Handcrafted Pohutukawa Box made from the prunings of a storm damaged tree. The Pohutakawa tree, also called New Zealand Christmas tree is one of the best known and most loved of New Zealand's native trees and its bright red flowers bloom in December. The Paua shell insert on the removable lid adds iridescent colour and is sourced from the sea around New Zealand.
