Hello Louise / Nathan. I received the pendant today. It is even more impressive than what I had expected (and as you said the photos you sent didn't really do it justice). Wow, this is something that I will truly treasure for life - my little piece of NZ that I can carry through life (wherever life may take me).

I just want to let you know that Fergus absolutely loves his sleepsack and so do we. Whenever we put him in it, he knows it's time for a sleep. He's enjoying being in it so much today he's been asleep for three hours. The domes on the side that can be adjusted as he grows are such a good idea and keep it in place and the length is great for our long boy as he loves to stretch out.

The calendar that I purchased for my mothers birthday was A for AWESOME! She is totally stoked and already has it hanging on the wall, despite January being 4 months away! I also want to thank you for the super speedy postal service. It arrived the next business day after I ordered online! Very impressive, especially considering it was going to a rural address. I just got back from snowshoeing with my Southern Rata merino headband. I am SO happy with it! I normally don't like to wear anything on my head, so I avoid hats and headbands unless they're absolutely necessary. But your merino headband is so amazingly light that I almost forgot I was wearing anything on my head. But at the same time, it is wonderfully warm and cozy. Thanks for a great product!

I originally came across these beautiful bright bowls at the local market day in Queenstown when there for a weekend from Christchurch. I originally brought 4 smaller bowls for dipping, sauces etc, love them so much, make any dish bright and colourful, then I unfortunately broke 2, hence placing an order for replacements and 4 more of the bigger bowls. The service via email and postal delivery couldn't be faulted.
